Called a shop and they quoted over $200 to replace and service. I did some research and came across this battery. The product page shows you how to install so I followed the instructions and it was simple.Best thing so far is that the the milliamp hours are 2x the original battery and subjectively I can say that this battery has added vacuuming time to our device. That is worth 5 stars alone. Second, the price was so cheap compared to the having this done at a shop that I was pretty much blown away.One of the filters that came with the unit worked plenty fine and I did not even know there was a filter there. The one that goes on the back did not fit and I could not get it on. Well hubby tried it out himself the other day and was shocked lol, told you I said. Install was easy, just took a few mins to get the tiny screws in the back. It came with a filter and a strange back piece but I don’t think my V7 uses this so we just have an extra part. But either or I’m happy, it’s quieter too which we both noticed.
