Q: does it need to be refridgerated

Sorry - I got interrupted .... it is likely still good to use even if it is not 100%.

Q: Is the seller now shipping this in a cold or chill pack?

Mine arrived with 2 "chill" packs that were super hot and measured at 108° each. The bottle measured at 106°. I am struggling to get a refund.

Good morning. This product can be shipped in a refrigerator pack. Weather conditions dictate the way things are packaged. Based on the current time of year, all probiotics will be shipped with ice/refrigerator packs.

Q: If it doesnt work, can it be returned?

Received today in cold pack that had heated up to 98 degrees. Information says it should be stored at 71 degrees or colder. How can it be any good after riding around in Texas all day and not delivered until after 5 PM Amazon needs to find a way to deliver Probiotics at the proper temperature
