Its glued in place doesnt shift move or unwrap, seems attached to faux rayskin too. Is also uncomfortable against skin where it rests on your waist. I wish it had scales instead (and was 1095). I also prefer not having that skin/coating on the blade. This said it is indeed cool looking.
