The set includes two 160ml yunomi cups, perfect for daily informal tea drinking. Each piece showcases unique emerald line patterns on natural clay, reflecting authentic handcrafted Mino pottery. Ideal for deep-steamed sencha, this set combines traditional Japanese aesthetics with practical design. ## Description This set includes a Minoyaki emerald-colored Kyusu teapot and two yunomi teacups. Mino Kyusu is an authentic Japanese teapot designed for both beauty and functionality. The teapot is equipped with an obi chakoshi (belt strainer): a stainless steel net covering the inner circumference of the teapot. The tea leaves have room to spread in hot water, enhancing the original taste and aroma of the tea. The flow is smooth and not obstructed by tea leaves when pouring. This fine mesh net is excellent for use with very fine tea leaves, such as deep-steamed tea (fukamushi sencha). The kyusu has a 350 ml capacit. A yunomi is a form of teacup. Unlike the more formal chawan tea bowl which is used during the Japanese tea ceremony, the yunomi is made for daily (or informal) tea drinking. Review: Lovely kyusu, gorgeous enamel, pours nice - See the video for a pour. I measure that the pot holds about 16oz (just under 500ml) water when topped to the brim. You’re probably not going to fill it that full with normal use. The cups are lovely, and the pot is gorgeous. I’m a big fan of this style of big built in screen all the way around. I honestly cannot recommend this pot enough. I love it. I wish I could buy 2 more cups to match. EDIT: I love this set so much I ended up buying another set to have the 2 extra cups. I'll take the 2nd kyusu in to work in case I want to share tea with a colleague. Review: Flop - Ich fand das Muster und die Farbe so schön! Ich war super traurig als die Kanne und die eine Tasse bei mir angebrochen ankam. ## Features - Mino ware Japanese Kyusu, Yunomi 2pcs - Kyusu Size: W7.1" x D5.9" xH3.23" ,Yunomi Size: Dia 3.4 x H2.09" Material composition: pottery - Capacity: kyusu:13.2 fl.oz.(Full capacity),Yunomi:5.41 fl.oz(Full capacity) - Fine stainless steel filter surround inside of teapot wall, makes a quick-pouring green tea. - Slight differences may occur in size, color pattern etc depending on each item.
