**Q: Where is it made?**
A: The only thing I could find about where it is made is their answer to that question a year ago during the initial Kickstarter:"we prototyped everything right here in NY, but couldn't afford for the small initial Kickstarter batch to be done here, so we had to go overseas (to a manufacturer we have a great history with). Just didn't want to pass along that extra cost (about 4-5x, in fact) to backers... it would have made for an insanely expensive spatula. But now, with all the help from Kickstarter, we'll be able to move to US manufacturing in no time! All the packaging, prototyping, and shipping are happening locally."Email them at hello@productofgir.com for a more current answer and update here when you get a response.

**Q: I am looking for a small one to put coconut oil into pan - how long is this?**
A: It's 11.2 inches (28cm) long. The new Mini is 21cm long, available at productofgir.com/preorder.

**Q: Is the spatula handle firm all the way to the end with the hole in it?  If not, how far from the hole end does the internal structure stop?**
A: The spatula handle is firm all the way from the hole end to the middle of the blade part of the spatula.  The tapered part of the blade is flexible but the handle is stiff and feels very sturdy.  I use it to lift sticky, heavy gluten-free doughs from my Kitchen Aide bowl and have had no problems.  Hope this helps you.

**Q: Is there a left hand version?**
A: Thanks so much for your question. All of our products (with the exception of the Mini, Pro and Mega Flip) are actually bi-laterally symmetrical so you won't have to worry about any awkwardness when using! Hope this is helpful :)
