A: Mine will not spin either. Too tight. Really unusable. 3/4 in tape by 1000. useless.

**Q: replacementDoes anyone know where to get replacement tape cutter blades? Mine is rusty and dull. I'd hate to have to replace the whole unit.**
A: Don't think you can buy any but I once was able to retrofit a small piece of a small saw blade.  The cutter on a waxed paper carton might work.  Good luck.

**Q: What is The difference between c38 & c60??**
A: They are similar but C60 is two-tone and C38 is made out of recycled plastic. Please also see dimensions one is smaller than the other. C60 dimensions 2.31 x 3.06 x 6.37 inches and C38 2.7 x 6.5 x 2.7 inches. Hope this information helps.
