Excellent product. Very sturdy and heavy. Easy to assemble. I have one for my Dyson V 15, and I bought a second one for my Dyson Gen5Detect, hoping it was compatible, and it fits perfectly.

Works for Dyson Gen5detect
Was quick to put together. Holds our vacuum cleaner (Dyson Gen5detect) and its attachment well. Seems sturdy, so far we like the stand.

This is a heavy metal stand; no plastic
I assembled this stand by myself. It took about 15 minutes and bonus: no broken fingernails. All the tools were included. It took 10 screws. Everything is metal and well made. All the screws were included with a couple of extra. It went together easily and stores my Dyson V8 perfectly. It's heavy and will last even if my Dyson won't. I'm delighted with this purchase. All my tools fit perfectly on the stand.

Does the job
I bought this item because I did not want to drill holes into the wall to install the Dyson charging station. Installation is easy, it probably took less than 5 minutes. The stand is stable enough. I like that I can store all the attachments that came with the cordless vacuum. Compact enough to fit into a small closet.
