**Q: I bought this, but I can't get it to make any sound. What at u doing wrong?**
A: Using the rosin cake that came with it, we also got no sound. After using a different rosin cake from another violin, it worked perfectly. Only after doing that did I see that the description here recommends rubbing it for 5 minutes. Maybe the included rosin needs that to get "primed"

**Q: Does it come with extra strings?**
A: Yes

**Q: How do I know what size to get my 5th grade student**
A: Go with a 3/4 or 4/4. Your child's teacher should measure their arm length and be able to tell you exactly which would be the better fit.

**Q: Is the bridge attached to the body or it can comeback off?**
A: Can come off

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Violin issues

I got my violin today, after almost 4 days waiting for it.. but it did not come as I expected it to.. for one the box that it came in was damaged, the case was not protected during shipping, when I opened the case the bridge was knocked off and 2 strings had popped off the D and the A... I was able to get them back on but now it's gonna cost me to have it adjusted as well as getting better strings factory strings are the worst... all In all its a beautiful violin I love the color and the finish.. the bow is nice.. once I finally got it tuned it played pretty nice.. now I only hope I can get the new set on and get it straightend out...
