It’s a heavy machine and stays put it doesn’t bounce on your table while it’s sewing. I can’t find a thing I don’t like about it. Even the hard cover it came with is decent quality. You can free motion quilt up to a king size quilt on it (has a huge throat) and it is super fast! Review: Needs a voltage converter as is fitted with a US plug - I got this machine as it's a domestic/industrial machine. It's great for heavy duty sewing, and also quilting as you can lower the feed dogs on it. It's a straight stitch machine so I'll still need my brother for fancy stitches but not a problem. It's a workhorse of a machine and sees great. My only disappointment is that it came with a walking foot rather than a free motion foot which I'd have preferred....costs £40 for the foot so another cost factor on top of the voltage converter I needed to buy.
