A: Well, they’re not knockouts. I had to buy a 1-1/4” bi-metal hole saw to drill the opening. They are marked for different sizes, but have to drill a hole.

Just recently dipped my toes in the waters of EV ownership and wanted to add a Lvl2 charger to the house but also didnt want to hardwire it or make it permanent in case we ended up not liking it. This was the perfect solution. The charger we bought plugs right into this and the box protects it from the elements. If we end up getting rid of the EV, I can take the charger down and now ive got 220 outside for an RV. Also great to use with a generator to power your house in the event of an outage if wired up to your panel properly with a transfer switch or auxiliary panel.
