I see some people take this because they have issues with more common forms of B-12. I don’t. I’m already getting decent blood levels. But I figured that if my doctor likes the levels even higher, it might make sense to add some additional forms of B-12. Therefore, I picked this product. And of course, Pure Encapsulations is a good brand with no fillers or stearates. I see some people with corn allergies have a problem with this product. I don’t, so it’s fine for me. The capsule is nice and small, easy to swallow. And my blood B-12 levels are now actually considered elevated, higher than normal. So, I know it is working. The first time I took one, when I peed an hour later, it was extra dark. I don’t think it meant anything, other than probably I’m getting more B-12 than I can use.
