Review: Nice pan - I expected the concentric circles on the interior would be hard to clean but it's been fine so far. The non-metal handles are nice. I've been careful not to overheat it.

A: I have used it a lot and it hasn't warped yet and I honestly don't think it ever will.  It is really a nice solid pan.  Great pan to cook in and easy to clean too.

**Q: Does the 12" pan have a 12" diameter bottom, or is it just 12" across the top?  I'm looking for a 12" cooking area.**

The overall build quality of these pans are outstanding, very good value for money. I cook a lot and these are without a doubt the best pans i've ever bought. The dissapation of heat is even so cooking in them is so much less stressful, just feel more control and they sit very well on a gas stove. 5 STARS
