Good flexible features (length, nozzle, spray etc). I would have given it 5 stars except for the following. Improvement suggestion 1: One flaw is that fact that (unlike my previous unit), you can't lock the extension to where you want - it self retracts when released. Improvement suggestion 2: The spray is too powerful - so the water splash bounces off the kitchen sink all over the place. And it's not a question of lowering the water pressure. That would make switching between flow & faucet unworkable.
