We have done a lot of the home based workouts and continue utilize, p90x3, p90x, Inanity, T25, Asylum and others that are offered from Beachbody.He was considering on buying the Bowflex SelectTech Dumbbells, but those cost $350. We also live in Chicago, however, these would have taken up more space in our apartment. He loves these bands and loves having the ability to switch to tougher bands, adding more resistance to the exercises. There are a lot of bands, so when he does use them, I have to tell him to put them back into the bag and into the drawer under our TV. For fast past workouts like T25, you are going to want to know which bands you want to use so you can quickly switch during the workout.
