It is also great as a hand sanitizer when put in a foaming dispenser. It is a clear solution and does not need to be mixed or shaken before use. It contains 0.05% of the active disinfectant ingredient, Thymol.Benefect Botanical Disinfectant does not clean the same way, it only disinfects. It has a much higher percentage of Thymol at 0.23%. It also needs to be swirled/shaken before use as the milky ingredients tend to float to the top. **Q: Do you dilute or use full strength** A: I use full strength in a clinical setting. If you need disinfection use it full strength. The less concentrated benefect is more like lysol in that you need 10min. of wet contact time.
