Sometime I have to Apply a lot to feel the stickiness of it ðŸ~‚ But iit really good ! It actually doesn't say although it's the 3rd ingredient listed. I reckon it's between 5-7%. I have other creams I use that have urea for other parts of my body. For my elbows a cream with 10% urea.
