Sometimes I’m so congested I use 1-2 sprays and wait 5 minutes just to clear out my sinuses enough to spray a third spray and actually hit deeper. After that I wait 5 minutes and blow my nose and can breath perfectly. This is an absolute life saver when you can’t breathe and it prevents you from sleeping.
