**Q: How to install**
A: First, there are different lengths of stems. You need to know the thickness of the clock. A short stem will simply not work in a thicker face.  Pass the movement through from the back, and secure it by spinning the hex nut down tight . Then gently press first the hour hand, then the minute hand and finally the second hand down onto their respective levels.

From the central shaft hole to the fingertips,the hour hand length of the first black hand is 5.71 inch long, and the minute hand is 8.19 inch long.And the hour hand length of the second black hand is 9.06 inch long, and the minute hand is 11.81 inch long.The last gold hand, the hour hand length is 6.5 inch long, and the minute hand is 9.57 inch long.
