How do you store once package opened?** A: Don't be reluctant to buy the 50 pack to take advantage of the great price. It comes with its own zip lock bag and 1 Silica Gel Desiccant Pack to keep moisture at a minimum after opening. The real secret is to push as much air out of the bag as you are zip locking it shut after removing sheets. I go over the zip lock a second time to make sure I haven't missed any small gaps. I also take out ten Nori Sheets at a time and place them in an air tight glass container with a locking lid and insert 1 Silica Gel Desiccant Packet. So I only open the original packet 5 times. You can buy these silica desiccant packets here on Amazon. Please note to only purchase those packets that are FDA approved for use with food storage.
