(My arm is weaker from a stroke)** A: It comes with 3 different sets of screws, short, medium, and long lengths. It is very likely one set of screws will meet your needs. My application was on a fat padded leather steering wheel and the longest screws were perfect - the opposite of what you need. I can't imagine a steering wheel so small the shortest screws wouldn't work. **Q: Will this fit over a steering wheel cover?** A: mine fits under the steering wheel cover and it also has rubber pluss thee screw sizes **Q: When you're using it, does it make squeaky sounds?** A: Not at all. I love this thing.
