One developed a fault with the soft close mechanism, and the customer service was absolutely brilliant, with a replacement sent as soon as I'd shared photos of the issue. It's always easy to be happy with a company when everything works well, so the real test is how they respond when things haven't gone quite so smoothly. This was definitely 5* customer service! The seat is sturdy, fits securely with no slipping, the soft close works without creaking noisily and I would definitely recommend this company for replacement seats.

A well priced and good quality toilet set. I found it easy to fit but I've done a few before. I think a first timer may find the instructions a bit limited. Over all very happy. It's firmly set in place and the easy push buttons to remove it while cleaning the toilet.
