Absolutely you can. If you use less water to reconstitute it your yogurt will be thicker and have higher protein.

Q: I want regular white milk and all the milkman says chocolate… so how can I be sure I’m getting regular white milk?

The only way I could find white milk is to read the offers. Some are all chocolate, some are variety, and one which has two very large envelopes is white milk. That is the one I reviewed. The first order received had one chocolate which I hadn’t wanted, nor did I read the envelope. I use this milk to make bread. Imagine my surprise when I began to pour it into my dough!!! LOL. That’s when I realized I had to read EACH envelope and order more carefully from Amazon.

Q: can you add it directly to coffee? or do you need to prepare it first?

Absolutely add it directly. In a hot beverage, it will dissolve almost instantly; works best to put in the powder first, and it will dissolve as you add the liquid. In a cold drink, you need to stir or shake in a jar. I love this in coffee or tea because it doesn't dilute the drink, or cool it down.

Q: About how much powder should i add to make 5 oz of milk (for a 10 oz cup of latte)? Need it for camping with instant coffee, no fridge to keep milk.

It has been a long time since I used that milk, which is very good for coffee. I think I remember it was 1/3 cup of milk powder per 8 oz cup of water to make a cup of milk. I may have used a little more milk for coffee. Make your coffee, then stir in spoons of milk powder until it's what you like. Also I stirred in a few drops of vanilla. Hope this helps.
