My husband and I decided to get these water bottles because we heard that copper is good for health. We drink this water only a few times a week (because we were advised of drinking too much copper). I have to say, I suffered a lot from knee and joint pain and after a week I felt a noticeable reduction in the pain. It's been over a month now with these bottles and my pain is completely gone. I have also noticed an improvement with digestion. As far as the bottle itself, it looks really good and it's quality. At first it was a little difficult opening the top but no issues now. I saw in the reviews a few people were talking about the noise it makes when you open the bottle, well it's metal on metal so it's going to make a noise.
