They are the black plastic caps with the cone shaped seal. They fit our GT kombucha bottles perfectly.10-08-2015 UpdatedHeads Up!GT's Kombucha has recently changed their bottles. The new style bottle has: "GT's" embossed on the outside top of the white plastic cap. The inside plastic cap threads are not continuous. The inside top of the plastic cap is light blue. The glass bottle has 2 complete threads around the mouth. The older style bottle has: Plain white plastic cap top Cap has continuous inside threads One complete thread around the mouth of the bottle. These 38mm poly seal black replacement caps will NOT work on the new style bottles. **Q: These did not fit my 1 gallon jug do you sell another size?** A: These do not fit New Wave Enviro jugs. Despite the comments here, I tried. As instructed by others here, I push down on thr cap when screwing it and it appears fine, but shortly after, the cap split and broke. **Q: Do these seal for storage? I want them for maple syrup storage instead of canning.** A: Yes, they would seal for 'storage' **Q: Is this a 38/400 sized cap?** A: Thanks for asking. Yes, this is a 38/400 thread cap. ## Frequently Bought Together - 38mm Poly Seal Screw Caps (fits most 1/2 & 1 gallon jugs) [Bag of 12] - Glass Jug, 1 gal (Pack of 8),clear - Home Brew Stuff 75012WT White Metal Growler Caps 38mm Fits Most 1/2 and 1 Gallon Jugs (12) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.gr/products/264928380-home-brew-ohio-83-2hj4-5c57-38mm-poly-seal-screw](https://www.desertcart.gr/products/264928380-home-brew-ohio-83-2hj4-5c57-38mm-poly-seal-screw) --- *Product available on Desertcart Greece* *Store origin: GR* *Last updated: 2026-11-01*
