Total gamechanger. I was looking to switch up my on-bike nutrition; I've tried a lot of food that are portable: bananas, rice cakes, gummies, gels, crackers, baguette; this beats all of them in terms of performance and portability. What works the best for me was bananas, however, carrying 5 or 6 of those suckers on a 3 hour ride is not feasible. I wanted something that can be mixed with my hydration but didn't want the overly sweet mixes. I decided to try these super high carb mixes. I've been using a lot of Skratch products (Hydration, Gummies, Energy Bars and Recovery) and trust that it won't give me GI issues based on their simple ingredients.Used this for the first time on my 3 hour ride that I've been trying to beat my best time, knocked it out of the park, discovered my main issue on these rides are essentially running out of usable energy during the ride. Consuming solid food requires time to chew/digest the food. With these - seemed it goes straight to my blood stream. Very weird sensation; usually I will be hungry partway into the ride when consuming solid food, I have to constantly eat on the bike, with these, I still feel hungry, but I don't feel the bonk. Figured what works for me was about 35g/hr and I add one banana 2 hours into the ride to suppress the hunger feels. I intend to push into the 50g/hr and assess my performance.Mixing it was tricky. You'd need time for the powder to dissolve fully, I decided to do the mix in a glass jar the night before; the clumping is frustrating and took time decently mash/disperse the slurry. I left it overnight thinking that I'll add it into my hydration bottle and start shaking it to dissolve it further. To my surprise, everything dissolved the next morning. Trust the process, just give it time.The Lemon Lime flavor taste good to me, kinda like lemonade without the sugar. I'm fine with it. All in all, very happy with this product, it is expensive, but it will be a gamechanger for those race days and high intensity training days.

Used Skratch to load up for a 25K trail run that took me 4:50. Coupled with on-course nutrition and hydration, I had plenty of energy for the nearly 5-hour effort, still running strong (if slowly) at the finish. I will be using Skratch again. The Lemon-Lime flavor was agreeable and not overly strong - a good thing when I was consuming about 200g per day for the 3 days before the race.The only possible negative is that it doesn't mix super easily, and it's really gooey if you spill any. Probably unavoidable, and pales in comparison to its benefits.

I was pretty amazed by this stuff. I use their regular hydration mix with my daily work outs but had a 200 mile (in one go) bike ride this past saturday. You need to use a mixer container to get the powder into the water. It’s almost like confectioner sugar in consistency and will float on the water otherwise. I use 25 ounce water bottles so I used 8 scoops per bottle. Two of these were all I used for fueling for the first 100 miles. My stomach felt empty but I wasn’t hungry at all and had plenty of energy. Others had commented negatively on the flavor but I totally appreciated the fresh and light citrus flavor compared to the sweetness of their other products. When mixed it’s slightly thicker than their normal hydration products but still very easy to drink. I’ll be using this for 100 mile rides from now on instead of gels. As an aside, I was also supplementing with base electrolyte salts every 5 miles while using the super fuel. That may have also helped keep me going with out fatigue, but again. No stomach discomfort and not enjoyed not having that energy gel feeling. This stuff rocked and I’ll be ordering more when it’s gone.
