**Q: Is the paper inside lined?**
A: It is not lined. It is blank, parchment-colored paper. The book itself is very small. Not that it's a bad thing! Lots of pages, too! For the price it is super nice and fits into almost any bag/backpack.

**Q: What does its say on the front ?**
A: In the upper right corner there is what looks like a postage stamp. Within the stamp it says,"Believe In Yourself".
Then there is some script below that say's:
"warm record.....in years later
accidental open it
warm in forever"

Was very hard to read. Needed my bifocal's and a magnifying glass.
