Heater worked fine for the first year. In the beginning of June 2017 the heater broke. I have made numerous calls to the manufacturer, the distributor and the service team with no results. The service team will not even give me an appointment. I would avoid this heater at all cost! Every time I walk into my yard, I'm reminded of this mistake. I'm going to through it in the garbage and buy a competitors product. Turn on the following season and it kept tripping the breaker. Called up the manufacturer, they said test the voltage. 240 volts from the mains. They then said the voltage should be 230 and voided the warranty. How do you control the voltage from the power mains? Sounded like BS.
