They came intact to Brazil, **Q: Do you have to remove the foil first?** A: Yes you need to remove the foil. There is a cutter provided with cork pop for that purpose. **Q: Can you check it in baggage on a flight?** A: mine with two refills came safe to Brazil in checked baggage without TSA inpection. **Q: We just ordered another but this one is very hard to insert into cork.
