A: Health benefits to me are no sugar and flavored water, and the carbonation.  I have given up soft drinks which are so loade with sugar and are so bad for your bones. Hope that helps you!

**Q: When can is opened, how long before it is no longer bubbly?**
A: I can tell you that it stays bubbly a lot longer than soda pop! I open a can at night before I go to bed and it will still have a bit of carbonation nearly five to six hours later.

Most have a strong taste, the only one that was milder for me was the Grapefruit. The lime one tasted a little artificial, like the lemon juice you buy in that plastic lemon container. i am glad they offered a variety pack, so one can sample them all. The number one reason i don't buy a new brand is because you never know how the taste turns out. The berries are good, but the winner is the Mango, it's very balanced. The only one that got the "hmmm".
