I do mine with a twist. I'm the shower I shampoo and condition my hair and brush it while still wet , starting at the bottom . Then when I am out of the shower I put a dime size of condioner in and rub it through my hair , especially the ends . I place a hair wrap on after combing it through again . After I'm done w my facial routine I take the cap off , scrunch my hair to add a little more curl and air dry . It takes away my frizz and leaves soft curls . Only add the extra to last half of your hair , especially focusing on the ends . Play w it untill you get it the way you like . I totally recommend this conditioner .
