The lower portion of the blender jug is getting sperated now, after leaking, now its practically broke. It was still in warranty so I talked to desertcart but they say you need to contact the local customer service of the brand Kewood. They are in far away city, so far not picking call. I'm not sure If I'll be able to get jug replaced or fixed or whatever. Worst blender experience of my life actually! Updated Sep 2023, The jug has started to clearly leak now, as soon as I put liquid, it goes down and even crosses the Motor and the liquid is over the shelf! Not to mention that is so much noisy that no body can stand around if its turned on. Good points (first impressions): Strong machine, Blends ice and whatever I put The top cover of jug is not easy to lock/unloack, but overall fine. Its very noisy though, which is a big drawback. I used grinder as well, though its a bit small in size. But I use it occasionally so fine for me.
