The colours fade with stretching and aren’t as differentiated as they appear in the photos so memorising the resistance strength is impossible. The resistance strength is only printed on one side of the band meaning grabbing it quickly means searching for the side to find the resistance strength (again not helped by the similar colour). This is a small detail I hope the manufacturers can consider sewing the resistance strength on each end of the band. You can of course get a white marker and mark it yourself. Finally, something to mark the mid-point of the band!! This helps while switching quickly from one exercise to the next and knowing where the middle point is for even resistance on each side and getting straight to work. This’d be a really good addition I’ve not seen anywhere else. For someone like me who never used resistance bands I don’t know how to connect in a door?** A: I myself do not remember if they came with same. Before I had bought I had watched the product video and also in general YouTube videos for band exercises, from that I was able to under stand how to attached to smae door. The attachment in a nutshell is pass the band through the loop on the door attchement before connecting the handle. The door attachment would slip between the door and the door frame. And then close the door the loop should be on one side and the ball locking stop should on the other side of the door. Hope that helps. **Q: How much do Resistance Bands weigh?** A: Close to nothing. **Q: What are the weights of the bands included in the 300lb set?** A: No it is not self explanatory. Your images do not correctly represent the weight, size, and band thickness of the differing bands based on the weight. Thoroughy recommend. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Decent *by A***N on 10 November 2021* I bought a set of bands during the lockdown 2020 and the elasticity weakened on some of them resulting in it feeling uneven and less resistance doing reps.
