## Overview

The ARCTIC P12 Slim PWM PST is a 120mm ultra-slim PC cooling fan engineered for high static pressure applications like radiators and heat sinks. Featuring PWM speed control from 300 to 2100 RPM, it delivers up to 34.5 CFM airflow with minimal noise (0.3 Sone). Its 15mm low-profile design fits compact cases where standard fans won’t, making it ideal for small form factor builds. With a durable build and a 6-year warranty, it offers a quiet, efficient cooling solution trusted by thousands of users.

## Description

Product Description Ideal for small spaces Unlike 120 mm case fans with a thickness of 25 mm, the P12 Slim PWM PST has a mounting depth of only 15 mm. This makes it the ideal choice for Small Form Factor (SFF) builds. Corresponding screws for mounting on a radiator are already included. Optimised for high static pressure Because the fan design of the P12 Slim PWM PST is optimised for focused airflow, it generates high static pressure. The fan enables extremely efficient cooling and good airflow— even with increased air resistance. This makes the P12 Slim PWM PST particularly well-suited for use on concealed case intakes, dust filters, radiators, and generally in small cases that have little space for free airflow due to compactly placed hardware. Maximum quietness, minimum vibration The operating noise of the newly-developed ARCTIC motor is barely perceptible, even at the lowest speed. Thanks to its special magnetization, the motor of the P-fans generates no start-up jerks and only a fraction of the commutation vibrations of a conventional DC motor. As a result, there is far less vibration on the housing at different speeds and no need for rubber buffering or additional decoupling. Improved service life The new ARCTIC motor generates significantly less frictional heat than its predecessors and current competitor models. As a result, coil temperature is reduced by up to 20 degrees, quadrupling service life, while reduced frictional losses ensure more efficient operation. 300 to 2100 rpm controlled via PWM PST With a wide speed range and innovative PWM Sharing Technology (PST), the P12 Slim PWM PST's fan speed can be controlled in sync with other fans. ARCTIC's PST fans come equipped with their own built-in daisy-chain solution, and, in addition to the plug-in connector, have another socket to which an additional fan or up to 4 other PST fans can be connected in series. High quality sleeve bearing Thanks to a combination of alloy and lubricant developed in Germany, friction within the bearing is minimized and greater efficiency is achieved. In addition to preventing lubricant loss, wear on the pin and sleeve is also reduced to a minimum. Less heat is developed, less bearing noise is generated and the life of the fan is extended significantly. 0dB mode - Zero rpm The speed of the P12 Slim PWM PST can be throttled down to a standstill via PWM. This allows efficient and silent PC operation in idle while ensuring maximum performance on demand. Review: The perfect simple solution to dealing with a simple issue. - Bought as part of a Windows XP retro machine (x3) build project. Anyone from the 2000's will be able to tell you that back in the day cases were basically steel boxes with next to no airflow. By the 2010's cases changed into this wild-west transition phase from steel boxes, to steel boxes with wacky designs and questionable engineering choices - such as tight meshes, or grills obstructed by drive cages; or even "gamer aesthetics" shapes and bezels that made them look cool (well to some) but not very efficient or effective. What this means is that (even today) you need fans that can produce high-pressure to actually suck the air into the case, as well as expel it out through the exhaust areas. You also want to do this whilst also keeping the sound down. Arctic P12's are perfect for this. For a pack of 5 they are incredibly well priced, well engineered, and certainly pull the air through. Overall they offer a real no-frills solution to a problem that doesn't need excessive over-engineering; though today everyone wants a fishtank filled with ARGB so in that respect these aren't what you're looking for. From own experience clearly a performance upgrade over stock-fans on things like AIO's which, especially budget options, go for high-airflow fans as they tend to be quieter and run at lower rpm. Swapping these in on a few radiators I've seen a few degrees drop (as in 3-4 not unrealistic 10-20 like some people may claim) with less noise profile. All in all a solid and reliable option.
Review: 10/10 couldn’t recommend them any more - really really good, cheap price just makes them even better use one as intake in my nr200p, and keeps temps nice and low Even replaced the stock aio fans with arctic p14s and could not recommend them any more. Both really easy to install, come with all screws needed for different uses, noise is absolutely minimal, even at higher rpm. Performance is great and dropped my temps, considering the constricted air space of a sff case

## Features

- OPTIMISED FOR STATIC PRESSURE: Through high static pressure, the fan guarantees efficient cooling, even with increased air resistance. Suitable for use on heat sinks and radiators
- STRONG COOLING PERFORMANCE: The performance of the P fans has been noticeably increased through numerous improvements, including upgraded engine technology and a newly developed fan design
- 300 TO 2100 RPM: Thanks to the 4-pin connector, the fan speed can be controlled via PWM PST. This keeps noise to a minimum while at the same time ensuring maximum cooling performance
- LOW INSTALLATION HEIGHT: The P12 Slim PWM PST has an installation height of only 15 mm, making it suitable for small form factor cases & for installations for which a 25 mm fan does not fit
- TECHNICAL DATA: Fan speed: 200–2100 rpm, Airflow: 34,51 cfm | 58,62 m³/h, Noise Level: 0.3 Sone, Static Pressure: 1.33 mmH₂O, Pin: 4-pin

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works as advertised. Easy installation and barely any noise.
*by A***Y on 3 May 2026*

The fan works perfectly. It is way better than the one I received in my pre-build. The fan has no noise due to any loose component, installation was beginner-friendly, thin design. Fan speed is visible to me through the Armoury Crate application. I'm happy with the purchase.
