They own some fields with a very old house and a couple of buildings within 1 of them.The grass here is wild (as in, not the same type as you'd have in your house garden) which my mother-in-law normally keeps maintained with a petrol lawnmower (no electric there). Unfortunately, she's been experiencing ill health recently and couldn't cut the grass.I decided to go for this strimmer rather than a petrol mainly for the weight as I had a lot of ground to cover.. I used this strimmer to cut grass, weeds, nettles, brambles and thistles and it did it far better than I could have hoped. The only 1 issue I had was the line didn't always auto feed so I just pulled it out to the correct length and carried on.It took me 2 visits and used 4 and 1/2 batteries worth to clear the above.
