Review: PHENOMENAL product. Saved me hundreds of dollars - This product is insanely good and saved me money and my sanity. Unfortunately, I had a tail light get damaged. A big chip with a chunk missing. This little thing was at my house the next day, and took me 30 minutes to fix. I sanded and touched it up with paint. The result is crazy good. This product is certainly very useful. I think the best use I've found for it is filling voids. - I had a cracked corner with a piece missing on my kids' desertcart kindle. I was able to layer in a repair build up the entire corner. I'd tried doing this with epoxy fillers and glues before but all they did was make the corner degrade because of the solvents. This solved the entire problem. - I had the name plate of my sunglasses temple pop out. I used this to fill that void and reinforce the temple. - My kids had a toy that needed a but weld. Where the break was I didn't have to worry about maintaining the dimensions (like you might for a sunglasses temple or something. So I made the bond, and built it up around a base to add reinforcements. I could also see using this with some kind of fibers or fabric to make a very strong repair. So, overall It fills a niche in small repairs that I've struggled to fill for a long time. It is much more convenient than solvent based glues or 2-part epoxies. Plus zero-odor.

**Q: How long do we shine the light on it?**
A: Instructions say 3-4 sec. You need to rough up the surface and apply in layers, depending on the repair. More layers, more strength. I repaired a $25 pair of sunglasses where the temple snapped in half. That's not an easy repair. After roughing surfaces up, I first did a butt weld to hold it together. Then I went around the piece, layering the adhesive and overlapping the break an eigth inch or so all the way around, hardening each weld with the light. Eventually you make a band around the break. The adhesive is like very thick syrup but bot sticky. It hardens immediately with the UV light. Obviously if you grab it like a stick and try to snap it, it will! But my glasses fit tightly going on, and I have had no problems since I fixed them, which is all I expected. Afterall, they broke when they were whole and brand new! So I'm getting my money's worth and even epoxy glue didn't hold up when I tried that. Plus the Laser Bond is simple to use with no messy glue!

**Q: Is this real Bondic or a knockoff?**
A: Real Bondic as pictured.

**Q: Will it work on plastic models?**
A: Yes, it will in my experience. It is possible that  it depends on the specific type of plastic.  The other thing is that since you need to shine the UV light to harden it, you can't  put it in the middle of two pieces where there would be no exposure to the UV light.  Sometimes I put a little glue on the inside and use Bondic on the outer seams to provide an even stronger bond.

**Q: Will this work to fix a broken post on an earring?**
A: I doubt it very seriously.  There is no adhesive I know of that can fix such a tiny joint.  Even some hypothetical micro-welding would probably not fix such a small problem.  On the other hand, for slightly broader joints and fissures, I highly recommend this product.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Save Broken Jewelry

So would give 5 stars but hard to see the liquid glue coming out or on items to fix. A little stinky but not intense like some glues. It is however perfect for using to fix cheaper jewelry or costume jewelry. One more thing the UV light seems dim & flashes sometimes instead of staying on but easy to use & works when you can see liquid placement.
