I used to make yogurt on the stove top, but I found that the milk would often get scorched at the bottom. So, I decided to try using my pressure cooker instead. And I found Lindy's Stainless Steel jug. I put 5 liters of milk in the jug, added my whisk, put on the lid, and placed it in my pressure cooker. The jug is made of polished stainless steel which makes cleaning very easy, the handle is sturdy and the lid fits snugly on top. Overall, I am very impressed with this stainless steel jug and would give it five stars. It's rare for me to give a product a perfect rating, but this one deserves it. The one thing I would like to mention is when you receive it make sure to clean the inside thoroughly. When I received mine, I noticed some residue from the polishing process still remained on the inside manly around the neck. It required some scrubbing and cleaning with mild chemicals to clean out the polishing compound.
