I like that the sides can come off or be put on, as I need both functions. It sturdy enough and was easy to build. I bought the two pack, the one that came with this one and the 2 wheel Gorilla Cart GCR-4 Poly Dump Cart. It was an excellent deal for both. I needed to shovel soil and move it, so obviously the two wheel one with no holes in the bottom was also what I needed. But I had in mind that this green one would work better to move my potted plants from the garage where they overwinter, to outside in the summer. The pots are heavy and I'd like to move more than one at a time. This green one does work better than the 2 wheel one for that, because the sides are taller and help hold the pots in and the entire bottom is flat, so it can hold more plants than the 2 wheel one. I also use it to move buckets of water (with lids). So for my needs, its prefect. I got both carts and they are both great. I recommend both, but for different things. The only reason why I mention the other cart in a review of this green one is because, in general, I think the other one is overall the better one of the two. The two wheel one seems much stronger than this one, and is easier to move than this one. That one is a dump cart, so the bottom is sloped on the far end. If you want to move heavy things easily, and don't need the bottom to be totally flat, then between the two of them, the black two wheel one is the one that is actually heavy duty, in my opinion. I would call this green one medium to slightly heavy duty. I'd say that the best part is that all 4 sides can be removed if needed, put back on of needed, and the bottom is entirely flat. It was fairly easy getting it put together. I love that its light weight. I've mostly been filling with weeds and roots. I am able to pick it up and dump it with lightweight material loaded inside the cart. But, the sides do drop down. So, for heavier material, I can drop the back panel and lift the front side of the cart to offload. The tires are solid and traverse over my terrain with ease. Its a breeze to maneuver. If you are not a spring chicken anymore or just have a smaller yard, I'd recommend this little cart. The only issue I have is that the latches that hold the panels in place sometimes get bumped out of position. I will engineer something to make that more difficult from accidentally happening. But, I do like that I have the option to remove the side panels and use it as a flat cart. I carried a watercooler (20 lbs), a square beach shade (25 lbs), and two beach chairs (5 lbs) in the cart. The inflated wide wheels had traction in the sand and it didn't get stuck like other skinny wheeled carts that I've seen on the beach. The cart is little heavy if you have to carry it up and down a stairs, but it is very sturdy even with all that stuff I've put it on. **Q: Are the sides all or nothing? Can you put up 3 or just 2 and will it be flimsy?** A: I used three sides in order to carry something longer than the cart. But you would need a bungee cord with hooks in order to secure the 2 side panels in. **Q: I need something to get camping gear from car, down trail, to site. needs to fit in back of subaru forester. is this a good option?** A: Remove the sides and handle, and it should fit in your vehicle no problem. Replace the bolt for the handle (it may have a cotter pin too - can't remember) and insert the sides as needed to haul your equipment to your site. It rolls easily over the ground so you should be able to get everything moved in one or two trips, depending on the size of your tent and ice chest. A couple of bungee cords may make it possible to take everything in one even if they're large-ish! **Q: What is the height of this cart without the side panels? Will this rust if left outdoors?** A: The cart is about 14 inches high without the sides.
