I use it every other day, however, when using with the brush start with a small amount of crystals then add more if needed. I use a small plastic Ziploc container with cover to make a mixture of the crystals with my cleanser. I keep this container in the shower so it's always available to me and a plus....completely washes off in the shower. Be sure to rinse well especially around the eyes.
