It is still a cheaper version of these "types" of pillows but I am honestly so grateful for this pillow cause I was waking up every single morning with migraines and neck aches. Almost every night was waking up at 3am with a soreness that I couldn't help. I even had to see a massage therapist a few times for pains from sleeping wrong. But AFTER changing over pillows, I have not had the same issues. The migraines in the mornings stopped the morning after my first night with the pillow. The neck soreness and back aches and waking up in the middle of the night have stopped too! Only reason it has 4 stars over 5 stars is it's not SUPER easy to side sleep but this pillow has literally helped me feel "normal" again. If you are questioning "do I buy it?" - the answer is yes!
