Box is made of glass with a plastic lid, quite convenient.As per the description on the box, it originates from Jeju island in Korea, a pretty leaflet is also provided with detailed description. It was quite interesting and adds an old world charm to the product.The product looks / feels like ash like in color / texture, very much in line with the story behind its origin in volcanic ash. Smell is amazing. There is also a nice spatula provided with the box that makes application quite convenient.After using, skin feels very soft and fresh / clean - like the after-feel of some clay masks. Smell lingers on much after usage, even after applying another cream post scrub, feels very fresh.
