There’s no more messing around trying to find an anchor line to pair with your anchor or wasting time trying to thread on a new marker buoy. Why? Because we’ve done it for you. This anchor kit comes stocked with perfectly paired products, and includes the revolutionary folding grapnel anchor, hollow braid polythene anchor line, plated steel snap hook, foam marker buoy, and a durable padded nylon storage bag to hold it all together. Includes 3.5 lbs. Folding Grapnel Anchor 25' Anchor Line Plated Steel Snap Hook Marine Foam Marker Buoy Durable Nylon Storage Bag Features Folding Grapnel Anchor Performance meets convenience with the BoatTector folding grapnel anchor, pairing the popular four-fluke grapnel design with the ability to fold in on itself for storage in even the smallest crannies. The flukes lock securely into both the folded and open positions easily with a twist of the central locking device, folding and unfolding in seconds. Grapnel-style anchors are ideally suited for use in coral, rocky, or heavily weeded bottom conditions. Hollow Braid Anchor Line Anchors, regardless of style or performance, would be useless without a quality anchor line connecting it to your boat. BoatTector Anchor Kits proudly include a 25’ high-quality hollow-braid polyethylene anchor line to keep your boat secure while the anchor grabs. Included on the anchor line is a moveable marker buoy constructed entirely from durable marine-grade foam. Naturally quick drying, the line and buoy resist mold and mildew, helping them remain structurally sound for years of confident anchoring. Completing the BoatTector Anchor Kit is a durable nylon storage bag that is perfectly sized to hold your anchor, anchor line, and marker buoy. Keeping everything together in one neat bag helps prevent anchor line tangles and lost components. The bag is also padded, designed to protect your boat from the dangers of an exposed anchor bouncing and rolling around in your boat on a rough-water day, while a toggled drawstring cinches everything tightly into one convenient package. Extreme Max Extreme Max is more than a brand. It's a way of life. It's the expectation that your outdoor gear will withstand high speeds, low temperatures and deep powder; long days in the water and sun; or muddy rough-and-tumble terrain. For every outdoor extreme, we have the equipment. Extreme Max. Do more outdoors. Review: Perfect for canoes & kayaks - I'm back to buy this anchor again after losing one (my fault). Though it takes a second to properly deploy (you have to move the locking collar down the shaft to prevent the claws from closing), this little anchor held my 17' Old Town canoe in the strong currents of the Indian River Lagoon. Works very well and is extremely easy to pull back up. This also packs relatively easily into the carry bag. The only downside is the flimsy vinyl rope, but that's never stopped it from working effectively. It just doesn't fold back up as easy as some other rope might. Not a big deal to me though.
