Review: High quality machine. - I've purchased two of these cross-trainers. The first one was almost nine years ago. It was for my son to help him retrain and strengthen the left side or his body after a bad brain-stem stroke that has left him paralyzed on the left side of his body. He still uses it to maintain his strength and stay mobile. The second cross-trainer I purchased for myself. I'm in my seventies and have degenerative disc disease. When I was in physical therapy to strengthen my muscles and help with the pain, part of my therapy was done on this brand of cross-trainer. So when I was discharged, I splurged and bought one for myself. It is easy to get on and off, which is important for an older or disabled person. And, it is a very sturdy piece of equipment that I'm sure will last for years.

I decided to get a NuStep after using one in Physical Therapy post injury. It has enabled me to continue progressing in my recovery without the hassle and expense of going somewhere else to exercise. It is sturdy, solid, quiet and easy to configure and use. It came with assembly included. The quality of the product is excellent and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their physical well being at home using a professional piece of equipment. Well worth the investment.
