I have found it to really help my serve as it helps to loosen up the shoulder and get into a proper trophy position. I will probably go ahead and order the one with the 3 balls (the heavier product) as well now that I'm used to the lighter version. I would recommend you do a search on your own to view a demonstration on how it should be used.
