Who knows? It may even have been extra. None split at all when assembling. Just wish they were available in red or blaze orange as the yellow vanishes pretty easily in the grass. Review: Packs a powerful punch - We have had a problem with a neighbor dog that keeps coming to our house. He eats all our dog food, is very aggressive, and fights with our dog. I've been worried for the safety of my toddler especially since this dog is very unpredictable and shows up when we least expect it. We purchased these stun darts to see if maybe we could discourage this dog from coming over. We don't have any desire to hurt it, but we want it to know that our house isn't a fun place to be. My son was able to hit the dog with his blowgun. The dog ran away and we haven't had a problem with him since. These darts are the only ones we've ever seen with a metal tip instead of a plastic. They are also heavier so they are more powerful. The colored cone on the back has broken on some of them, but we could still use them. I like that these are safer for my kids to use than the spike darts. I don't worry when they are shooting the stun darts like I do when they've got sharp darts going. Yeah, it's may hurt, but no one is going to lose an eye.
