Review: This one works! - I have a kitchen cutlery set that is about 44 years old and have not been getting good results sharpening the knives with the steel that came with the set. My knifes are SO much easier to use now and it's easy to keep this attached to the counter. I use it once or twice every time I take the knife out. I don't worry about cutting myself like I would with a knife block. It's easy to take off of the counter and rinse any metal off quickly in the sink. The suction power is good as long as it gets that first solid grip, which involves carefully cleaning the counter.
