Review: It works - The one I received was not as pictured (no DirecTV logo, made in China) and was purchased from Vista Distributing. It does however seem to work fine with my HD DVR Genie setup (HR44 and three C41 Mini clients). Will update review if I find otherwise. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works perfectly, great replacement for 3/4 port *by N***T on October 16, 2012* DirecTV tends to leave you with a splitter sized for the number of boxes you have, but this is a pain if you have a centralized wiring closet and move your boxes from time to time. I got this to replace the one DirecTV left me, which I believe is a 3/4 port. I plugged this one in with the same power inserter and it is working perfectly. The only comment I have is I am not sure if this is actually an 8 port or not, since the power inserter plugs into one of the ports (top-left red port).
