They are definitely high quality products and should last quite long, but if they do start to break down i will update my review. There is a slight pouch for your "area" and does provide slightly more comfortability than other underwear. I also noticed that they don't chafe as much as some other underwear brands. Definitely better than polyester underwear like "sports underwear". I did notice that you may have to put them in the dryer for longer than average if you want them completely dry if you are washing them with a larger load of clothes.
