The pen can be dis-assembled and the screw unwound to refill. **Q: I know they aren’t supposed to be reusable, but can you reuse them? how?** A: They ARE reusable. You take the clear plastic twist back off (it's difficult, but if you have a rubber gripper or dish gloves it helps.) You then twist the plunger all the way back up, pull it out, fill the syringe, replace the plunger, and then replace the plastic twist.
