Review: Buy it. - I saw Jupiter and its moons. Just amazing. Review: Not good for Smartphones - It has a haze in the center of the camera. Perhaps due to the large aperture. Makes details hazy in center. Have to look at sides. Also does not come with stand. It's not stable on many stands. Also cannot fix a mobile phone to it. ## Features - ULTIMA ANGLED SPOTTING SCOPE: The outdoor enthusiast’s choice is our great all-around spotting scope with an 100mm objective lens and a 45° viewing angle; Perfect for observing nature and long-distance viewing - INCLUDES ESSENTIALS FOR BETTER VIEWING: Extended tripod mounting plate, zoom eyepiece with integrated T-adapter for digiscoping, carrying case, eyepiece lens cap, eyepiece port cover, eyepiece pouch, lens cloth, and instruction manual - MULTI-COATED OPTICS: Every lens surface is coated multiple times with anti-reflective coatings to improve colour and contrast while maximizing brightness, so you can enjoy brighter and sharper images, even when ambient lighting conditions are dim - SHARP ZOOM EYEPIECE FUNCTION: Ultima's large focus dial allows you to bring your subject into razor-sharp focus before it moves away; The included 22-66x zoom eyepiece helps you zero in for detailed views of distant subjects in seconds - UNBEATABLE WARRANTY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT: Buy with confidence from a leading telescope brand, based in California since 1960; You’ll also receive a two-year warranty ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0002862UW | | Additional Features | fogproof, full-size, uv-protection, waterproof, zoom | | Best Sellers Rank | #42,589 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #4 in Spotting Scopes | | Brand | Celestron | | Built-In Media | 1 x Celestron Ultima 100 - 45 Degree Spotting Scope | | Coating | Coated several times with anti-glare protection | | Compatible Devices | Camera | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 480 Reviews | | Exit Pupil Diameter | 1.52 Millimeters | | Eye Piece Lens Description | 22-66x zoom | | Eye piece lens description | 22-66x zoom | | Field Of View | 45 Degrees | | Finderscope | Reflex | | Focal Length Description | 660 millimeters | | Focus Type | Manual Focus | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00050234522526 | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 55.9D x 17.8W x 17.8H centimeters | | Item Highlight | Large Objective Lens, Long-Range Birding & Wildlife Viewing, Fully Multi-Coated, Smooth Focusing, Waterproof Construction | | Item Type Name | Spotting Scope | | Item Weight | 2.04 kg | | Manufacturer | Celestron | | Manufacturer Part Number | 52252-CGL | | Model Name | Spotting Scope | | Model Number | 52252-CGL | | Model name | Spotting Scope | | Mount | Equatorial Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Objective Lens Diameter | 100 Millimeters | | Objective lens diameter | 100 Millimeters | | Optical tube length | 100 Millimeters | | Optical-Tube Length | 100 Millimeters | | Power Source | internal battery | | Telescope mount description | Equatorial Mount | | UPC | 050234522526 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Limited Lifetime Warranty | | Zoom Ratio | 120:1 | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Celestron - **Eye piece lens description:** 22-66x zoom - **Model name:** Spotting Scope - **Objective lens diameter:** 100 Millimeters - **Optical tube length:** 100 Millimeters ## Images ![52252 100 mm Ultima Spotting Scope 45 Degrees, Grey - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51cj0DdFzoL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy it. *by J***. on 4 September 2025* I saw Jupiter and its moons.
