A: Good substitute for anyone who has problems with whey. Because it's a beef protein it builds muscle quicker.

**Q: Is this an alternative to eating a real steak?**
A: It’s a protein shake that taste like chocolate. Is it made from beef protein? Yes. Is it a steak? No.

**Q: What part of this protein powder is carnivore if there’s no fat in it???**
A: The protein is derived from beef. And it’s actually good-tasting.  I also didn’t get the gastric distress from this that can come from other protein sources. It’s not gritty, either, like pea protein.

**Q: What was their beef fed, grass, corn, both? Were they feed lot beef?**
A: I think I read it was grass fed.
